Die Aufteilung in 7 Prozessphasen mit den jeweiligen Methoden- und Fragekarten ist für mich vorrangig zur professionellen Begleitung in der Einzelarbeit sehr hilfreich. Darüber hinaus nutze ich aber auch einzelne Übungen daraus, die ich individuell auf Gruppen und Teams übertrage. Durch die unterschiedlich gewählten Größen (A5 und A6-Format) und verschiedenen 7 Farben (pro Prozessphase eine andere Farbe) der Karten kann ich auch kurzfristig verschiedene passenden Methoden für die jeweilige Prozessphase heraussuchen und sogar erst im Termin entscheiden, welche davon für das anstehende Anliegen passt. Ich benutze es jetzt bereits seit mehreren Wochen und es hat mir bisher für jeden Prozess mit KlientInnen, Coachees und SupervisandInnen eine gute Unterstützung meiner Vorbereitung gegeben. Darüber hinaus nutze ich verschiedene Übungen / Methoden auch zur professionellen Selbstreflexion und Auswertung meiner Beratungsrolle.
