Circumplex of Emotions Compass

I like the way this easily aligns emotions with words that can help you figure out why you might be feeling a certain way. Definitely useful to help kids learn to understand and cope with emotions better. It's by no means a complete guide but a starting point to help learn. There are lots of other more in depth options that can be used for further learning.

Product itself is great and just as described. It says A4 which is really legal size. No issue with item. It is not super thick but it is laminated and has useful content. Unfortunately it was thrown in a bubble bag and arrived wrinkled and crumpled on edge. Not sure if that was from manufacturer or due to shipping. Still recommend this.

This is a double sided, laminated print out that offers good advice and clear instructions on self help. Exactly what I was looking for.

Sometimes it’s nice to have a laminated paper copy and that’s exactly what this is. It’s a good tool for therapy, self discovery, or even just working through difficult conversations with the people you care about.
