The training is built entirely around experiential learning. Through hands-on activities, you’ll explore powerful tools to work with emotions, images, and strengths in your practice. Every concept is brought to life through real application, ensuring that what you learn, you also experience.

Training Schedule

  • Day 1: Emotional Clarity

    Understand the role of emotions in life and work decisions. With metaFox’s proven tools based on the Non-Violent Communication framework, you will be able to support your participants in identifying their emotions and needs and using them as a compass for making important life decisions. We will use debriefing as an important tool for unravelling learning points and move on.

  • Day 2: Visual Insights

    Dive into the world of picture cards and discover how these powerful visual tools can bring unconscious thoughts and emotions to the surface. Learn how to use projective methods to evoke deeper insights in your clients and participants. Through practical exercises, you will learn how to effectively use picture cards in various coaching scenarios to enhance reflection and communication.

  • Day 3: Empowered Growth

    Learn how to identify and cultivate the strengths of your participants and clients using the metaFox Strengths Framework, based on the Positive Psychology principles of Martin Seligman and Ryan Niemiec. This framework will help you foster resilience, self-confidence, and motivation in your participants, enabling sustainable development.
