Invoicing

Can I pay by invoice?

Yes, you can pay by invoice. Just select "By invoice" in the checkout. You will receive the invoice by email and make the payment via bank transfer. We also accept payment by credit card, Paypal, Klarna, SOFORT, Ideal, as well as Google and Apple Pay.

Can I get an e-invoice?

We will send you a PDF invoice via Email within a few days of placing your order. We will transition to e-invoice in the course of 2026.

We ship worldwide!

How much is shipping?

Your shipping costs depend on your location and you can view them when entering your location in the checkout. You can get free shipping in Germany for orders above 50€ by entering the discount code "FREE50" during your Checkout process.

How long does it take until I receive my order?

A delivery within Germany usually takes 2-4 working days. Within the EU, the delivery can take 3-10 days. As soon as we have sent your order, you will receive a confirmation via email, including a tracking link.

My order was delivered to a neighbour. Which one?

You can access information on your parcel via the tracking link which you received via Email. Unfortunately this link usually also does not include details on which neighbour received your parcel. Also we not have more information than provided in this link. It is not within our control where your parcel is placed. 

Returns

You can return unused products within 30 days. Shipping costs for returning have to be covered by you. Often times we can find a solution, hence, please reach out to hallo@metaFox.eu for any return requests.
