Refund policy

You can return to us all of our products within 30 days after the reception of the delivery. You must carry the direct costs of the return. If the reason for your return is having received wrong or defective goods, we will, of course, reimburse the postage for packages.

Just pack your order (you could use the original packaging) and please make sure to use sufficient packaging material that guarantees protection from damage during transport. Inside the package, add a note with the order number and your name and ideally the reason for returning the items. This way we can identify your order and return your funds.

As soon as we have received the goods, you will receive a confirmation via email. We will credit the purchase amount within 14 days after receipt of the return shipment.
