The Inner Journey ist ein dreitägiges Intensivtraining für Coaches, Führungskräfte und Trainerinnen, die ihre emotionale Kompetenz vertiefen wollen. Du lernst, sicher mit visuellen Impulsen zu arbeiten und Erkenntnisse in klare, stärkenbasierte Handlungsschritte zu übersetzen – für dich selbst und für deine Klient:innen.

Tag 1: Emotionen

Du erkennst Emotionen und verstehst ihren Einfluss auf Verhalten. Du lernst, wie du Emotionen gezielt nutzt.

Tag 2: Bildkarten

Du nutzt die Kraft visueller Impulse. Du arbeitest wirkungsvoll mit Bildkarten und setzt sie gezielt in deiner Praxis ein.

Tag 3: Stärken

Du machst individuelle Stärken sichtbar. Du lernst, wie du diese Stärken gezielt förderst und weiterentwickelst.

Training Schedule

  • Day 1: Emotional Clarity

    Understand the role of emotions in life and work decisions. With metaFox’s proven tools based on the Non-Violent Communication framework, you will be able to support your participants in identifying their emotions and needs and using them as a compass for making important life decisions. We will use debriefing as an important tool for unravelling learning points and move on.

  • Day 2: Visual Insights

    Dive into the world of picture cards and discover how these powerful visual tools can bring unconscious thoughts and emotions to the surface. Learn how to use projective methods to evoke deeper insights in your clients and participants. Through practical exercises, you will learn how to effectively use picture cards in various coaching scenarios to enhance reflection and communication.

  • Day 3: Empowered Growth

    Learn how to identify and cultivate the strengths of your participants and clients using the metaFox Strengths Framework, based on the Positive Psychology principles of Martin Seligman and Ryan Niemiec. This framework will help you foster resilience, self-confidence, and motivation in your participants, enabling sustainable development.

  • Experiential Learning

    Learn how to design your own exercises and experiences that enrich your participants' learning process.

  • Individual & group transfer

    In the last part of the experience we'll break out into working groups exploring the topics we are most interested in - so you apply and take home what's most valuable for you.

Your trainer

Mirna is a positive psychology and interpersonal skills trainer, speaker, coach and facilitator, blending the practical mindset of an engineer with deep grounding in learning science.

After a decade in advanced technologies at Cisco, she turned to helping people and organizations grow, and now designs tailor-made workshops, keynotes, coaching, and team retreats worldwide. With an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology, she empowers individuals, sparks motivation, and builds resilient, engaged teams.

Based in Croatia with a global reach, Mirna has worked with companies from L'Oréal and Molson Coors to startups and NGOs, and founded three education platforms along the way.
