The digital cards are optimized for use on metaFox.online, allowing you to facilitate engaging online coaching sessions with just a few clicks.
- Go to "Templates" and select "Solution-focused coaching"
- This opens a set of boards with a solution-focused flow.
- On each step, e.g. "Partnering", you have 12 pictures to work with.
- If you prefer to work without pictures in a step, simply delete them ("Del" key).
- You can always create extra boards to freely work with or without cards and template.

Typical workflow
- Upload the card images to your whiteboard.
- Arrange them in a grid or free layout.
- Ask a coaching prompt (for example:
“Which image represents your preferred future?”). - Clients move or mark the card that resonates with them.
- Use the image as a starting point for deeper reflection.
